How long will my matter take?

• .This procedure is a rigorous procedure and there are several deadlines that must be met by the courts before the trial begins which sometimes can take up to six (6) months.
• The matter can also be settled with negotiations with agreement by both parties before trial.

How will I know the next date of my matter?

•  Your dates for court will be forwarded to yourself to the email or phone number provided.

What documents will I have to provide?

• Your identification documents
•  All original or copies of documents relating to your case
•  All instructions in writing to the chambers
