What is a  bail surety?

• This is a person who takes responsibility for an accused person with a certain penalty amount if that accused person fails to report or attend court
      ⁃    This person must provide address, identification and ensure to the court that they understand the seriousness of the responsibility.

What happens when I get community service instead of a fine or custodial sentence?

•   You must ensure that the community service is completed and request an extract at the end.

How do I pay a fine issued by the court?

•    You must ensure you have the case number for your matter or request by email to pay online.

How do I get an extract for a previous case?

•     You can request this from our office and we will apply for yourself.
